CLEAN ROOMS. RELAXING STAY. ACCOMMODATING RECEPTIONIST.

I wasn't expecting anything but it surprisingly exceeded a whole lot more than what I expected. Very accommodating receptionist and staff. Very clean hotel apartments. You get so much more than what you've paid for.

It was amazing experience to stay in nihal residency.

I like the size of apartment. How ever the building it self is old but they have maintained very well.i would like to stay again.

I would suggest to put some bigger carpet pieces in the apartment.

All in all, the hotel was an enjoyable stay.Super convenient!!!

The staff at the reception Mr Paul was extremely hospitable and all the suppprt sraff were so friendky and helpful. The Concierge always made my day with his cheerful welcome.

The breakfast was deplorable. What was worse is that there was only one sraff to take care of service. So most of the time, he would disappear into the kitchen and most of the guests end ip waiting nore than half hour for him.

I recommend this place is idle for a comfortable stay in Dubai and value for money.

Room was spacious and well maintained. And the location was much convenient to access the metro. Staff was also very helpful. I recommend this place is idle for a comfortable stay in Dubai.

In the booking it mentioned that all taxes were excluded but they charge all the taxes at the venue.

Best affordable apartment, Big room size, comfortable beds, clean washroom, 2 minutes walk to supermarket, 5 minutes walk to main road. Staff was very helpful.

No toiletries update every day. One day 1 cleaning boy enter our roon without knocking thank god we were 2 friends but that will be very bad for couples. ????

First of all i can say i just saw the location it was easy for me & also the price of money. After entering the room i was shocked seeing the room it was fablous like a home i felt. I can say it was comfort like hall , room ,bathroom,kitchen etc. I felt very happy & i will sure visit here again in my life.

Awesome

Very spacious rooms, friendly staff, very close to the metro station and buses as well as a major shopping mall Burjman. Only 10minutes to Dubai Mall and other exciting places.

The kitchen could have been more resourced in terms of cooking utensils needs modernisation some of the basics were not in but later supplied when we requested.

UN ASCO!!!!! NO VAYAN

Es el peor hotel donde ma aloje en base a la suciedad, el olor y el deterioro de la instalación es. Me han engañado 3 veces cambie de habitación (pelos en la cama, sábanas con mocos, pañuelos de papel en los cajones, manchas marrones en los azulejos del baño, no tuve agua caliente, etc )

Todo es un asco. Después de la tercera vez que cambie de habitación lo fui a ver al gerente y ni siquiera le importo que le llevase un plato llevo de los pelos que saque de adentro de la cama. Suciedad !! El baño con manchas marrones en los azulejos. La cama con sábanas sucias con moco Los sillones con olor En teoría había habitaciones no fumadores, MENTIRA, olor a cigarrillo nauseabundo. Habitaciones no fumador con ceniceros Las alfombras al costado de la cama las hice sacar, por el olor y las manchas La iluminación pésima y los artefactos rotos. El personal del hotel lo único que hacían era tirar desodorante de ambientes.

Établissement pitoyable, personnels 2 de tension et oublient souvent ce qu’on leur demande !!! Obligé de leur rappeler à chaque fois les choses !!! Leur piscine absente, leur salle de sport pourrie donc je n’ai pas pu en profiter !!! À déconseiller fortement !

« Escroquerie! »

Escroquerie!!!!!!! le personnel profite de la barrière de la langue pour nous faire payer les taxes qui sont normalement directement prélevés par booking. Nous nous sommes retrouvés à payer deux fois les taxes. Le personnel savait très bien que cette taxe nous serait prélevé par booking mais a profité de la barrière de langue pour nous faire repayer, quelle honte!!!! Le ménage n’est pas bien fait, la banoir est sale.

Proximité du métro et des lieux de restauration. Personnel gentil et efficace. Parking gratuit. 2 salles de bains et 2 WC dans l'appartement. Ménage tous les jours.

Appartement vieillissant (moquette, canapés, chaises de table). équipement en vaisselle minimaliste: 2 assiettes,2 verres et des couverts pour 2 personnes ainsi qu'une vieille casserole au fond douteux. Appartement recommandé pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants sur booking.com mais un seul grand lit dans l'appartement et pas de canapé lit à ma grande surprise. Heureusement le personnel a été réactif et a installé 1 matelas pour ma fille et un lit bébé pour mon fils.

« Bonne situation géographique. »

Bonne situation géographique. A proximité de deux stations de métro, bus également à proximité, plusieurs commerces présents dans l'environnement.

Il y avait vraiment des odeurs dérangentes dans l'établissement (odeurs de cuisine). Un membre du personnel (à l'accueil) n'a pas été forcément très agréable, pour les autres, rien à dire, ils ont été géniaux. Au niveau de l'équipement, assez déçu! Il fallait à chaque fois demander au personnel pour obtenir ce qu'on voulait alors que ce sont des choses pour lesquelles cela étaient compris dans la réservation et/ou a été payé (équipement cuisine - on a dû demander pour un frigo alors qu'à la base il devait déjà y être - machine à laver qui ne fonctionnait pas, ustensile de cuisine très limité, deux fourchettes deux coûteux, une cuillère, deux assiettes et c'est tout. - très peux de mouchoir, il fallait tjs en demander - draps pas changés tous les jours). On a demandé deux lits séparés et au final ça a été un seul lit. On a aussi demandé le balcon et on ne l'a pas eu. Ce sont des choses qui ont été demandées et pour lesquelles on a payé, donc c'est décevant de ne pas y avoir droit.
